Sandra Maria Rocha

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Sandra Rocha studied dance with the Prima Ballerina Ethel Lynch of "Teatro Colon", the world famous Opera House in Buenos Aires. She holds an Honors Degree in Physical and Health Education. In addition to tango classes, Sandra has taught classes in movements and techniques to tango dancers to improve their posture and dancing.

An avid technician she spends several months of the year in Buenos Aires, immersing herself in the flavours of the Argentine tango. She thoroughly enjoys the technical aspects of Tango that help her develop quality and ease of movement. She has developed her dance form to mesmerize audiences with her tantalizing presence and inviting sensual style.

Sandra has performed in numerous productions with Los Milongueros Argentinian Cultural Association and is involved in organizing milongas and practicas in Toronto.
